The MVP Philosophy

At MVP Sports Training, the exercise physiologist and certified staff understand and teach the science of movement. We help you understand the specifics on what, why and how to perform your best on the field, ice or court. MVP Sports Training has been recognized as a leader in the field by the National Strength and Conditioning Association. That means that we actually develop the cutting edge speed, agility, and quickness (SAQ) protocols that others copy.  These advanced techniques prepare your neuromuscular system to produce efficient high powered force. This high performance training environment gives you the focused instruction you need to excel in your sport.  Athlete to coach ratios are kept small to insure personalized attention from our certified performance coaches so that you maximize your gains and attain your goals in record time.

JR MVP's is our program for athletes 9 - 10 years old. In this 1 hour program our program will teach fundamental movement skills for the young athlete in a fun and positive environment. Our JR program places a high emphasis on balance and coordination, running form, and an introduction into muscle/strength movement patters.
 
Veteran MVP's is our program for athletes 11 years old and up. In this 90 minute training session our program will teach the progressions of athletic movement while polishing the fundamentals of speed, agility and quickness. Our in depth strength and power program is built to each athlete's sport and individual needs. Our focus with our strength and power programs are core and leverage training, postural progression training for explosive movement, rotational power development and increased brain to muscle firing capacity. 
 
Team Training is for a team of athletes of any age. We are able to bring our JR or Vet program to our teams. We are able to take our programs to the field or practice or have your team come to one of our training centers. Team training is a great way to stretch your dollar, train together and build team unity.
 
Core Performance Series is our program for runners. This 1 hour program is designed to work on core and pelvic floor strengthening and its contribution to gait efficiency. Development of stride length through proper cycling mechanics and joint stability for injury prevention and fast regeneration. Our one hour program also includes running specific strength training circuits. *offered only at our Warminster facility*
 
Sport Fitness is a 1 hour program for our adult clients. We focus on fitness in a fun, fast paced and educational training environment. This program will challenge No 2 workouts will be the same, which is different from the traditional gym work-out. Class size is limited to 8 total adults.
 
 
Soccer Bugs Cross Training is our program for all the parents who have children in the Soccer Bugs or Youth Kicks soccer programs at the SMG SportsPlex in Warminster. This program is our Sport Fitness program built around the times of all Soccer Bugs and Youth Kicks soccer classes. While your child is getting their work-out, you can also get your work-out in the same building!
